Single Girder EOT Crane

Single girder EOT crane is a simplified solution for maximum access of Cross travel & Long travel hook approaches for material handling in the area with space constraint and low headroom.

Double Girder EOT Crane is rigidly constructed with welded Box girders to achieve greater stability through even load sharing. It is reco ended for higher capacities and larger span with heavy service duty cycle and Critical Applications.

Underlsung Crane

Underslung Crane provides the specialized solution for complex building condition in a larger hall where the material handling system to be limited with particular workstation.

Gantry/Portal Crane

Gantry Cranes /Portal Cranes travels on either sides of Long travel rails fixed on the floor and rest of the operations are same as EOT Cranes.

Semi Gantry/Portal Crane

Semi Gantry Cranes is an alternate choice for an area where the crane access is to be limited on one side of the building width which is very large or on one side of the column does not withstand the crane load.

Pillar Mounted/Self Supported Jib Crane

Pillar Mounted Jib Cranes are perfect solution for individual workstation where the crane is deployed for specific task to reduce the lead time. They are used for Loading & Unloading of materials from vehicles and also to load & unload the materials to the machine in a machine shop.

Wall Mounted Jib Crane

Wall Mounted Jib Crane is another variety of Jib crane where a Cantilever jib arm is mounted on the existing column/pillar of the building.

Wall Traveling Crane

Wall Travelling Cranes are the choice when there is no need of crane access for entire width of the building.

Winches/Fixed Gantry Crane & Monorail System

Winches are the portable equipment which enables the user to change the location as per their requirement. Multilayer Reeving arrangement of rope provides larger lift height/larger horizontal access. Electrically operated mechanical winches up to 100 tons capacity are manufactured by MM indigenously as per customers' requirements and specifications.

Light Crane Systems

Light crane system is another variety of overhead travelling crane with a light weight supporting profile. In this system the long travel profile is suspended on the on the bottom of the runway Girder, where the cross travel profile is suspended on the bottom of the long travel profile and the hoist on the cross travel profile with Push pull trolleys.
